What is a Courage Box-a-Thon?
Our Courage Box is designed for bereaved parents who have experienced stillbirth and infant loss at 20+ weeks gestation. Each item is handpicked with intention to provide small moments of courage to families as they navigate the impossible.
Each Courage Box costs $50 to curate and are sent at no cost to bereaved families as part of our charitable efforts and amazing donors - which is where you come in!
Our Courage Box-a-Thon goal is 50 boxes which monetarily totals $2,500. The Box-a-Thon will run from March 15- April 15, 2024.
How do families receive a Courage Box?
We have 14 hospital partners who provide families with our Courage Box before leaving the hospital. We also have an individual request service for families to request a box - we ship throughout the United States.

Raising Awareness, Helping Families Heal, Creating Community
The Climb® is an event led by Postpartum Support International (PSI), to raise awareness and funds for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including postpartum depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder and psychosis. Courage in Time Inc. is excited and honored to be a part of PSI-NJ’s Team Bergen and the 2024 Climb.
Our Courage Box-a-Thon is a pre-climb event to raise awareness not only for bereaved families, but for bereaved mothers who still experience postpartum after the death of their child and are often left out of care or feel excluded.
